Terms of Payment:

For all ball gowns, formal gowns and costumes deposit of 25% of initial quote is required prior to commencing design process. Once the design is accepted, fabrics are sourced (if not provided), and a more accurate quote is prepared. A further 25% deposit is required or cost to cover materials of choice, whichever is greater.  No item will be shipped until 100% payment is received. Accepted methods of payment can be made via on-line bank transfer, bank deposit or postal/money order, strictly no cheque or credit card payments.

Delivery Terms:

Delivery charges will be estimated at time of initial quote. All gowns are sent via Australia Post and can take up to a week for delivery. Please consider this when ordering. Faster delivery via air or express post can be arranged - please contact me for a quote. NB: Weight of completed gown will influence cost of postage.

Returns & Refunds:

Unfortunately we do not offer returns or refunds for custom-made formal gowns, ball gowns or costumes.  Therefore, it is important to be precise when taking measurements to avoid problems with fit.

note:

We are happy to design custom garments inspired by photos provided by customers. However, in keeping with our aim for original, unique creations, and to respect other designers, when designing from photographs the costume or gown will not be an exact likeness.                                        

     

Every possible effort to assist with measurements, choice of fabric and design will be taken to ensure the finished ball gown, formal gown or costume will meet with your satisfaction.
